Disappointed – Engaged to have a bath tiled with this company to include a shower/tub surround. Asked multiple questions of installer during installation regarding a vapor barrier and the need to tape and mud backer board joint prior to laying tile. He dismissed my concerns and assured me that the installation was standard practice and would be water tight long after my demise.
