My husband and I were looking to possibly buy last night. I dealt with Chris in finance over the last couple of months and he has been so helpful and very nice. The entire staff treated us very well, even stayed over 2 hours after closing!! I came home with a premium Outback and a deal that was AMAZING!! Thank you River City Subaru for making this car buying experience pleasant.
Everyone is very friendly our salesman was Michael he is a great guy, and will help you anyway he can. I highly recommend Michael when purchasing a a new Subaru.
I would like to start off positive by saying the salesman was great and did give me a fair price on a vehicle. However, the finance manager offered me less than half for my trade than any other lot or the evaluated fair Kelley Blue Book Trade In Value. If you're buying outright this may be the place for you, but if you have a trade I highly recommend you go somewhere else.
