My air conditioning was working when I went there, now, it’s not
Traveling thru from FL to MI, got noise under my Subaru Forester and needed it checked out. Tried to call nite before for an appt, no answer even though published hours said they were open. Arrived at 8:30 next morning, told by rude customer service person that they had 50 appts scheduled that day , maybe they could work us in, in 20 minutes or 3 hours or more, didn't know. We purchased a new Subaru Forester Touring and we love it! This is hands down the best dealership we have ever dealt with. They are knowledgeable, nice and go above and beyond. I would recommend them to everyone, George, Tony and all the staff we dealt with were very friendly and took their time to explain everything and answer all our questions. Well I got lied to at river city ford. They also took my phone acted like they were liking my page and done something to where I can't comment or message. Don't tell someone they are approved make them drive almost three hours and then tel them otherwise. This is nothing but crap. I went to another dealership which I should have in the first place and got treated like someone not a reject. I get my car Monday no money down and low payments. Awesome experience! Worked extremely hard to get us the deal we needed!! Got us in our first brand new car!!! Stayed way beyond regular hours to help and show us every detail of potential cars and get the right numbers.
Just picked up a 2019 Outback 2 weeks ago and got one heck of a deal and was treated very well by every staff member I dealt with. This won’t be my last Subaru😎

Highly recommend river city Subaru, we just bought our 2nd Subaru and had a great experience with them thank you Chris Short for helping us find the one that suited us. I went back down a week later to get rain gaurds put on and still amazing as soon as i walked in they were there to help and as i was waiting they brought me a bottle of water and was very attentive the whole time i was there never once did i feel out of place.
