Yesterday we had a very strong storm and suddenly a leak showed up right next my nightstand in the master bedroom. It was late, like past 9 PM or later. Justin Fehr worked around my schedule, on extremely short notice, and not only squared away my issues but even more so provided me a lot of peace of mind in answering any and all of my questions/concerns. A couple years ago I had Connor come out and look at my roof. He told me he would be able to help me after I had hail damage and received a claim from my insurance. Connor was never able to provide a proper estimate to the insurance company. Eventually, he called me and blamed me for having bad insurance, he was very rude on the phone. He basically ghosted me after that.
