Don the roofing specialist is amazing person, he was very informative with all facets of knowledge of roofing materials, financing to the insurance , he was very kind, honest with all his answers and shared personal experiences with familiar issues , i really appreciate him and all the knowledge he shared allowing me to know that river city roofing is an awesome company because they hire people like don!
River City Roofing installed a new roof and repaired other damage to my house because of a hail storm. Although there were a few hiccups after the installation, the repairs were made in a timely manner. After a wind storm this year, the fascia blew off and they were contacted to repair it. A gentleman named Lucas called and came out with a technician and the missing fascia was replaced also in a very timely manner. It was a pleasure doing business with RCR and Lucas was very helpful and is an asset to the company.
After recent wind storms, I discovered a leak in my shower. We call River City to come out and check the roof, and the technician found out that it was not the roof but a problem with the venting and explained to me what the problem was help me temporarily repair it and sent me pictures to use when speaking with HVAC people to have the venting done properly. There they were easy to deal with very professional, very helpful and highly recommend them.
