Very attentive to detail. You can trust Rich. He looks out for his customers AND his workers. We have a solid roof we can trust and our business went to a reputable company. Go ahead, fix your leaky roof. Ours was ROTTEN and River City Roofing got it fixed up better than new with VERY competitive pricing. We got 3 quotes. Go with these guys.
Josh was awesome. No surprises from original quote and we actually needed less decking replaced than first anticipated. Awesome crew of seriously hard working roofers. RCR left our property clean with only minimal disturbance to some surrounding vegetation (we anticipated this due to our planting locations and some tight access spaces, so no big deal). We are very happy with the results thus far.
Their work quality was great. They were highly communicative, which is a must for me. And I appreciated them working on my behalf with my insurer to get the maximum amount covered, especially since the roof was in really bad shape. l would definitely use them again.
I love this company! They finished the job within the time frame that was stated. The workmen were courteous, thorough, And knowledgeable. Ashley came by the next morning to inspect the job before accepting the check!! Who does that anymore? Awesome
