I would recommend taking pictures before you leave this property for insurance of how you left it so that there is no misunderstanding. My sister and her now husband booked this for the wedding party and honestly it wasn’t even “trashed” BEFORE we cleaned up the place and followed the instructions left in the book.
We still have not got the evidence of this alleged disaster we were told that we left after checkout.(Hemlock Hill)
I typically do not rate the places I go whether they’re good or bad but this experience made me very unhappy. My wife and I rented the Hemlock Hill location out for our bridal party for the week of our wedding and we thought it would be a wonderful experience. We were wrong. Showing up to the property the exterior appeal was awful. I highly recommend Brianna and her team. The have done such a wonderful and professional job of managing our vacation rental on Lookout Mountain. Our bookings increaded by 3x. Their attention to detail and care is second to none.
