I lease a condo in which River City is the property manager of. It is overpriced but I chose it because when I moved in it was primarily older residents and was very quiet. Well, that all changed after renewing my last lease agreement, the owner upstairs leased to a young inconsiderate mother of 2 young kids, with tiny bodies with 500 pound feet, and by the time I had this info pounded into me I had signed the lease and it was to late.
