Watch out for this group. Ever since Baptist Medical Group took over it has become a complete clown show. We really liked Dr. Abbasi but she moved, and we’ve had problems with their billing and coding people ever since. Twice we have caught them billing us for services that did not take place. And they continue to send a bill with no itemization, and somehow the service billed for seems to change each time I speak to someone. Love River City Peds! Grew up with Dr. Geiger and she is amazing. Always willing to squeeze you in when you need it most. The nursing staff is also so experienced and hands on. Makes me wish I could go there as an adult!
Been requesting immunizations for weeks now, no one returns the voicemail!!! Very frustrating!!!!
We love Dr. Holtzman. We have been taking our children to her for almost 8 years.
