Just plain Great – Well, my AC died. :{ It fought valiantly last summer, coughing and sputtering in its battle with Austin heat. But alas, it fell this Spring. R.I.P. brave rust monster. Great customer service all the way around. From going out and giving us a free bid and not over selling us on unneeded items (bigger system than we needed) to installation of complete HVAC system. Called on Monday, COMPLETE system was installed by Tuesday. Showed up on time. Very knowledgeable, explained what they were doing and why. Took time to explain everything step by step for proper maintanence after job was done, even though I know they were tired and wanted to go home. Just Awesome! – We had a few AC contractors come out to look at our historic home to see how they could retrofit our house with a new HVAC system. Right from the start, River City was extremely professional and courteous--as well as enthusiastic. Careful, Competent, Efficient, and Focused on Service – I live in Lockhart and wanted to take advantage of various rebates and tax credits associated with installing more efficient appliances. I also was fed up with the noise level of my 10-year old air conditioning compressor unit located under the window of my study. Great customer service and friendly staff – I recently purchased a new unit from this company and have had no troubles. They where prompt and very helping in explaining how everything works. I highly recommend this company to anyone. The office staff was very nice and helpful in setting things up!
No Service after the sale – I did not believe that any company could have customer service this bad. When they arrived, I had 2 of my 3 AC units working fine and one not working very good at all, but it was working. When they got done, I had one system running properly and one cooling to 81 degrees (cooling and 81 degrees in the same sentence !!).
