I walked into the dealership not knowing what I was going to get myself into. I saw a vehicle on the lot that I wanted. It was later in the day when I was paired up with a new team member and can’t be prouder to be enjoying my ride! Definitely recommend and will be making this my go to place for all maintenance just to visit the staff again.
I purchased a 2023 Bronco Sport here in July and had a fairly negative experience with the sales team. Before the purchase, I specifically asked about any maintenance concerns or issues with the car from the previous owner, I was advised there was nothing. After about 3 weeks of owning the car, there was water leaking in from the ceiling. I was told by the service department when I took the vehicle back to the dealership that the previous owner reported this same issue to the dealership and they were unable to fix it. Brought our car in for warranty work and the service was very efficient ,, we were so pleased as we knew we can rely on them in the future should we require servicing,, we would highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a vehicle and service!!! Customer service is excellent !!
