Stay away from this dealership service manager was extremely rude and very unprofessional! They laughed at me when I was frustrated that my vehicle was not fixed properly. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership! Just go to Mid-Town the service department is more friendly!
Smooth experience with John from River City Ford in Winnipeg Manitoba!
Good service. No B.S. No high pressure sales talk.
We recently purchased a new Mustang and had a great experience throughout the process. Rishab was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. He answered all of our questions patiently, made us feel comfortable, and helped make the entire buying experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciate his excellent customer service and support. Thank you for making our experience such a positive one!
