They lied the whole way through the deal. Ended up returning the car within 24 hours (thanks to my insurance company for telling me I could) because I was called a liar on top of the lies they told. When I returned the vehicle and the deal was off, I was verbally attacked and followed to the parking lot. The only way I got the employee to back off (after telling him at least 3 times) was to turn around raise my voice. This was the worst experience at a car dealership that I've ever had.
From the initial phone call with River City Ford to the moment I drove off the lot, there was always someone available to answer any questions I had. It made my first dealership experience one to remember, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle!! Thank you all so much!!
