RecommendedUPDATE to my original post 1/14/19:I traded my focus in for my Taurus on 12/17/18. Well I got a bill for the focus and kept getting calls about it. I called the dealership today and they said that they didn't take the focus as a trade in that they told us that when we were there. just completely acted like they didn't tell me that they were taking it.
