I was promised I could get any car, as long as it was $17,000 or less! I drove 3 hours to get there, and my sales rep made me wait for at least 45 minutes before telling me I had one option. Which I wasn't unhappy with. I liked it. It was a good smooth ride. I was promised the tire sensor would be fixed and it would be detailed. Never happened. And the sales rep didn't put it down that they would fix it. And now I have to pay to fix it!!! Worst experience ever and I have dealt with JD Byrider! Would not recommend to anyone!
Tiffany made our daughter's first car purchase painless! She was quick to respond to our initial inquiry and got the ball rolling so we weren't at the dealership very long before a purchase and paperwork were complete! She was a real trooper, even through the downpours where she got soaked. Ask for Tiffany for your next purchase, she will take good care of you.
