My Dad, just purchased his NINTH vehicle at this dealership. He had agreed to a price on his Explorer, had a trade in and a down payment... and he was taken advantage of... they confused him on the paperwork and he signed it... for a top dollar price that he did not agree to... He trusted this dealership bc he's purchased so many cars there before. They refused to change it and basically told him he's "stuck now"... No one in this family (and it's a large one) will EVER buy another vehicle there...
