Great company Professional leadership Quality and service is job one
The Worst Company ever!! Unethical, Incompetent, Untrustworthy. Arrived unprepared for an install that had been scheduled for months. Cut all the carpet wrong, blamed it on their installer, when it was their fault. Tried to deliver the useless carpet to me after they cut it up and I had paid for it. Then they claimed it was defective and walked away from the job. One lame excuse after the other. Don't trust Kerri or the owner Kevin. They tried to make every step unbearable. I can't say enough about the excellent job River City Flooring did for us. We love our floors and the people were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again.
Not fair with employees or contractors. Makes you do additional work and then does not compensate for that work. Tells employees on job sites what to do, and when it fails blames only the installers, and not office personnel.
I can't say enough about the staff at River City Flooring. I had a major emergency in my basement which required all new pad and carpet to be installed, and they made it happen before my Chicago family came for Christmas. They were professional, prompt, and did a beautiful job installing it all. Thank you, River City, for all your help!
Poor customer service. Lots of turnover in personnel and no communication. We built and they did all our flooring and tile work. NOT impressed.
