We really enjoyed our first stop at River City! We were driving through Windom on a road trip and called a carry out order in ahead of time. When we got there, it was a fun space with friendly staff and delicious food. Way better than if we had done drive through fast food!

We had River City Eatery cater our grooms dinner and wedding reception. She did better at the grooms dinner with less people. Our wedding reception which had about 185 people, they did not have the staff or ability to handle that many people. Serving the head table and parents table was a disaster! The groom and some groomsman were served before the bride. The Mother of the Groom was never served. They arrived late and did not start serving appetizers until at least a half an hour after they were supposed to. The servers were very poor. They did not serve the bride until everyone else at the table had been served and the Mother of the groom and 4 other people on the parents table never did get served. They had to get in line after everyone else had been served. The salad were very scant on toppings. The food was good, but the service was inferior.
