I called River City Door Company to schedule a garage door tune-up and spoke with Hannah, who was so friendly and made scheduling so easy! Wes arrived at my scheduled appt time and along with his sidekick for the day, Brian, they were able to have my garage door running smoothly again. River City Door did an excellent job with my garage door tune-up! Mary was polite, friendly and professional as she scheduled my appointment, and Wes did a great job with the work. He was very customer focused and even gave me tips on how do properly do my own maintenance to further extend the life of my system. The coupon price was terrific! I highly recommend this company!
I had a bad experience with a different garage door company. This was definitely NOT the case with River City Door Company. MARY, in customer service, and WES, the technician, were top notch! Communication was beyond excellent on when they would be at my house to what the suggested services I needed. Would recommend to anyone and if needed, will definitely use them again!
Ruben did an amazing job installing the window panel to our garage door. He was very professional and super nice. We loved his service and are super happy with our garage door.
