Differing from my previous dentist, the dentists at Charles Dental took the time to talk and explain to me the process being undertaken. I appreciate the personal touch (making me feel like a person and not just a patient) that I receive at Charles Dental.

I have been with Charles Dental for close to 20 years. about 4 years ago I lost my job and had no dental insurance. Just prior to that I found I had quite a bit of expensive dental work needed. Last year I could not put it off any longer because my teeth were really at a point where I had to do something. Since Charles Dental does not allow payment plans, I had to go to a dentist that does.
