We have been patients here for over 9 years. Our kids (5 & 7 yrs old) have grown up with Brenda and her amazing hygienists. Lori, the receptionist, is wonderful too. They know us as soon as we enter the office and never have to wait past our appointment time. They are very accommodating to soccer schedules and bike accident emergencies. I would highly recommend Brenda Paul, and have in the past.
I went to Dr. Paul and Dr. Schupp after having a not so great experience with a dentist I'd had since childhood. I tend to be phobic about Dentist visits and everyone from the first person I met to the Dentists themselves constantly make me feel welcomed and that they truly care, and they truly do! Clean office. Very friendly, knowledgeable and personable staff and doctors.
Brenda and her team are more than wonderful. They are caring, efficient and precise! They help you find answers to your dental problems and don't look for unnessesary procedures. They are experts in their field!
Dr. Schupp and staff did a great job explaining everything that needed to be done for my 75 year old mom's dental problem. Great chairside manner and very caring approach.
Brenda was very understanding with my conditions and helpful. She took the time to show me the things I was doing wrong and showed me new ways of brushing. Kristen was also just as helpful. Talked about helping me with the receding of my gums and introduced me to a specialist that can help. Enjoyed my first visit very much and look forward to coming back.
