Dr. Lovett is top notch, very personable, very professional and a real stickler for quality. The entire staff is very impressive, excellent customer service and professionalism. Dr. Lovett sets a very positive tone for the entire dental clinic. Good positive friendly staff with excellent quality. I was very, very impressed!! I almost look forward to going back for subsequent visits!!
I moved here 5 years ago, inquired to a fellow employee that I needed a Dentist. She highly recommended River City Dental. Got the first appointment with a very warm welcome from Dr. Lovett & her staff. They are all very friendly, helpful & professional. Every appointment since has been awesome. My wife is also a patient there & she is very pleased also. I forward my recommendation .
Fantastic dental practice. Appointment times are spot on, no waiting around. The staff is great, Dr. Lovett knows her stuff. Kelly is a great hygienist with a soft touch. No painful cleanings. I tell anyone looking for a dentist they should consider River City Dental if possible.
Sought out River City Dental on recommendations of local medical folks. Recent arrival to area. Found their initial intake process to be superior, detailed and without stress. Dental Assistant, Cleaning Tech, and especially Dr. Mularkey to be absolutely fantastic. Xrays, intake exams of mouth, teeth and gums detailed and thorough. Treatment plan superb. Entire Staff positive and supportive. Strongly recommended. Wife and daughter both patients here as well.
Great experience, from scheduling appointment until walking out the door. Everyone is friendly and professional. I'm glad I found them!
OUTSTANDING Service
I know, when you first look at the title you probably think "Wow, Dr. Lovett was slow". Wrong answer. I am the one responsible for the long appointment. Work just had to be done, and as usual, Dr. Lovett was the same nice, professional dentist she has always been, during the entire process. A special shout out to Colleen- a great assistant. The staff is as wonderful as they have always been. You need to check them out!
Always enjoy.....yes enjoy seeing everyone at RCD. Friendly people from the front desk to the staff.
