I recently had my ebike serviced, checked, and corrected/maintained. The vibe was professional and prompt. I had the feeling that they have my best interest in mind suggesting different options and approaches. Communication via text was direct and efficient. And they completed the work ahead of schedule. What more can you ask? I would not hesitate to recommend they work on your bike.

Buying an ebike is really tough as there are so many things to consider and models to choose from. Zack took his time and really drilled down on how I would be using the bike and considered my wants and needs. He took his time showed me several different models and in the end made the recommendation for my riding style. David ended up doing the final delivery with me on my new Turbo Tero and was sure to walk me though all of the features of the bike.
