Was told they did a over all inspection along with oil change before they sold anything 3 months after purchasing I left the house and my oil filter fell off and engine locked up I called and talked to a manager and his story of them doing oil changes changed oh we dont do a oil change or anything needless to say I'm out 6800 for the van I purchased along with whatever I'm gonna have to pay out of pocket for a engine swap I knew they wouldn't own up to it I thought this was the best used car lot in town I will not be making ... read more
They went above and beyond anyone we've ever dealt with to get us a great car! We bought a car with a few dings in it and when the garage couldn't get it fixed (which they immediately with no hesitation took the car to the garage themselves and expected nothing from us) they traded us out for an even trade on a great vehicle. They were quick to help with no hassle. Ron was always polite and prompt! I will always recommend them from now on! Great business, great service! Thanks a lot! �
Had my eye on a VW bug. The guy on the lot, who we walked in front of us as we pulled in, actually turned his back and we had to follow him into the office to even get him to acknowledge us. It was 5pm, they close at 5pm. Wanted to purchase this car, I was told to come back the next morning. No thanks. That's not the way you treat customers.
