Terrible.... just paid $25 for someone to vacuum and wash the outside. Minimal detailing. Do not come here. The staff is super friendly though
Charged my 16 year old daughter $83 when she asked for a basic oil change. They failed to tell her that they were required to use synthetic oil in her car. Instead of the $43 she should have been charged they charged the $83. When we called and asked why she wasn’t informed of the extra cost they gave us a car wash voucher. The problem wasn’t in the type of oil but in the fact that they took advantage of a young driver. Customer service goes a long way.
3 weeks prior to my recent visit I waited 2 and a half hours to get my oil change. I thought to myself, “they are busy”. They used to do these punch cards for free oil changes and car washes, which is really nice for frequent customers. They stopped doing the punch cards, which is fine by me. BUT I had one that gave me a free oil change. On my first visit they SAID they would honor it, BUT after I received my oil change they said they would not.
