On 05/30/2020, I took my wife's Jeep to get an oil change and a car wash. She normally goes here and since this was the last place she went, I took it back to this location. On 05/30/2020, I took my wife's Jeep to get an oil change and a car wash. She normally goes here and since this was the last place she went, I took it back to this location. Great car wash & decent inside cleaning. They do a good job.

They damaged my Mercedes and told us to go pick a shop to have it fixed and they would reimburse us money back because it was one of there men’s fault for damaging my car. The worker even said he damaged it very nice of him. However They never gave us the money back after providing proof we paid for the damages one of their workers did!! They didn’t keep their word shady people. So if your vehicle gets damaged be prepared to fix it yourself.

I used to go all the time & get great service. I sat in my truck for 10 minutes & no one ever even acknowledged me. It was not busy at all. Everyone moving around at a snail's pace, or not at all. I could see the guy at the register resting his head against the window. I can see why it's not very busy anymore. I finally just left.
This place has turned into a joke! I’m currently sitting here an hour and a half into my oil change and they are not busy at all. After an hour I asked what was taking so long. One lady says someone had to go get a socket to fit my truck. Another lady says there is an extra panel on my truck and it takes longer to change the oil. I had to remind them that I’ve had my oil changed at this place numerous times and it didn’t take near this long. I have an F150 so I have to believe they see them on a regular basis.
