National CORE’s second development in Cathedral City, River Canyon is a family community located within walking distance of an elementary school, middle school and Cathedral City High School. Hope through Housing partnered with the YMCA of the Desert to provide a high quality onsite afterschool program that serves children at River Canyon as well as the outlying community. The YMCA is open to the public use gate code 1000 for entry.

The place is really clean & safety, the manager and staff are very friendly and they will be able to assist with any issues with the apartments.

I am very happy to say the manager Marlene help me a lot with my paper work and also was very helpful and polite when i did my interview very nice area to live im a new tenant.
