Easy to get in and out. The weather was perfect!
We booked as a large group this past weekend, and I will preface this review saying they did refund us 50% but I am a little confused seeing they have done 100% refunds in previous reviews. There seems to be a hint of dishonesty in their texts with us as they claim they had no idea about the state of their gear but clearly they do have an idea based off reviews from weeks ago. Terrible. Do not rent kayaks here. Not maintained equipment. Terrible options to choose from. Life jackets all beat up and not many to choose from.
We had an excellent experience renting paddle boards from River Canyon Kayaks, especially appreciating the smooth and efficient self-service setup. Everything was clearly laid out and easy to follow, making the check-in and gear pickup quick and hassle-free. The instructions provided were straightforward, and it was easy to get on the water confidently, even as beginners.
