An exceptional dinner last evening, fried catfish with red beans and rice topped with tomato chutney. Couldn't stop eating this perfectly cooked meal. Fish was perfectly fried and moist, red beans and rice were flavorful, tender, but no mush in sight. The fried green tomato and pimento cheese stack with flash fried baby kale, was also a perfect app but could have served as a main. We'll be back.
I got one of the specials; Salmon patties & wild rice. It were not that good & it was overpriced. I probably will not go back.
Great food, I had the Cedar Plank Salmon. It was very good, very juicy and flavorful... Awesome service..My waiter, David, was great..I live near Charlotte and I do believe that a road trip to Winston Salem will be in order atleast once a month..
Went for my sister's 60th Birthday for Saturday Brunch and it was amazing! Had thto blackened salmon eggs Benedict. Wow! Can't wait to come back and visit again! Staff was fantastic!
