I chose River Bend Massage based off of the numerous good reviews that were backed by a long lead time to get it. I will admit that my first massage was "good not great," but I had already booked three sessions when the window had opened. I am really glad I did, because the 2ND SESSION WAS GREAT. Kristen had marked potential problem areas during my first massage and then reviewed her notes before our meeting so that she could address them during our second. Kristen is legit the best massage therapist I have ever been to. Every session when I leave I think that was the best massage I’ve ever had, and somehow the next time she always tops it. She is a sweet kind person who just radiates calm. She genuinely cares about your body’s health and truly works to eliminate aches and pains. I have a genetic condition that decreases my lymphatic function and I experience a lot of daily pain and every time I finish a session with Kristen I feel amazing & renewed. She is absolutely the best!
