Highly recommend Kristen! She is sweet, kind, and knowledgeable. I've gone to her multiple times including while pregnant and couple months postpartum. Every session she starts by asking and listening to what I would like in the session. She does a great job explaining what her plan is based on that (and previous sessions) which helps keep my mind relaxed knowing what's next. I chose River Bend Massage based off of the numerous good reviews that were backed by a long lead time to get it. I will admit that my first massage was "good not great," but I had already booked three sessions when the window had opened. I am really glad I did, because the 2ND SESSION WAS GREAT. Kristen had marked potential problem areas during my first massage and then reviewed her notes before our meeting so that she could address them during our second.
