Horrible management, snarky leasing personnel, and they are as GREEDY as the day is long...Once they have your money and your signature, it's a wrap. Management did NOTHING to remedy multiple reoccurring issues that I had with upstairs and next door neighbors. The dumpsters are constantly full because local business illegally fill them past capacity in the middle of the night. Management is well aware, but does NOTHING to address this. My mom DIED while she was living here and do you know I told them months in advance hey this is very hard for me now I have to move her out do you know I paid the rent to be a good person for MONTHS because it’s not easy to move when someone dies the emotional toll itself is hard enough and all I asked was that the last month not be charged bc I gave them my 30 day notice and was in clear communication with Natalie at the office.
