I’ve really enjoyed my two years here! The building is well-maintained, and I appreciated having a personal storage space downstairs—it made organization so much easier. Management does a great job keeping the property in good shape, and the sidewalks are always promptly salted and shoveled in the winter, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great place to live!
I have lived here for 15 years and up until recently I have absolutely loved it. I live in a 2bdrm 1full 1 half bathroom townhouse with a generous size basement with gas and water included 1200 SQ FT. (GREAT)!!! 😃However, the last couple of years I have noticed a decline in the upkeep of the grounds and the rent just recently spiked. My rent increased by $160.00 during the pandemic. If they're going to have major rent increases as a courtesy it would have been appreciated if they had provided the tenants with at least a 90 ... read more
