Ooof where should I start.. they have cockroach problems most definitely and it's pretty dirty. The main reason why we wanted to move out was the pest infestation so that's why we left but breaking the lease is outrageously expensive even if you leave the apartment pretty clean. They are very very money hungry place they will nickel and dime you most definitely. Terri (property manager) and Dan (maintenance) are really, REALLY great, we wouldn’t still be here without them. My biggest complaint is that too many residents that live here are disgusting. People leave laundry in machines for days so they eventually mildew and stink up the laundry room and machines if they’re not moved for someone else to use. Sometimes I honestly believe people dump trash into the parking lot from their vehicles. There is food left in common areas (example: the seated area above the main entrance). Fast ... read more
