During a heat wave, my air conditioner stopped working, leaving my apartment at 84°F. Just moved in, a very nice place. Just keep in mind that the headquarters office is Middlesex Management and they are hard to work with. Update on the Middlesex Management. After you've moved in they are doing an ok job maintaining the community. However, noise issues in the community emerge. Not about the neighboring rooms but it is way too often that there are people revving engines at night. Very disappointing experience with Middlesex Management / Rivendell Meadows. I moved out on Sept 28, paid rent through Sept 30 and a $400 termination fee, and the unit was re-rented the same day. They refused to return my $2,880 deposit and even added a $2,210 “balance” for an old move-in promotion. Completely unfair and unprofessional — be careful when renting here.
