Very disappointing experience with Middlesex Management / Rivendell Meadows. I moved out on Sept 28, paid rent through Sept 30 and a $400 termination fee, and the unit was re-rented the same day. They refused to return my $2,880 deposit and even added a $2,210 “balance” for an old move-in promotion. Completely unfair and unprofessional — be careful when renting here.
Charlie from the maintenance team was extremely efficient in fixing the maintenance concerns I had raised. I raised the request yesterday and they responded within 24 hours.
The Rivendell maintenance crew has been excellent so far. I have opened. 10-12cases so far for many small and big things each of these requests were completed within 24hours.
