I lived in Rivendell Heights for 2+ years. It’s a good place to live. Spacious units. Nice location near train station, restaurants and stores. I don’t have much to complain about. Rent does go up every year which unfortunately is a problem in most of NJ in recent years. Maintenance is responsive - typically they will fix your issue within 24 hours if reported on a weekday. Good community amenities like children’s park, tennis court, pool, clubhouse etc.
I had a washer problem, unfortunately it took four calls, but the last gentleman who came to look at my washer did something the others didn’t he actually did his job and inspected the washer machine, I had a huge leak, the maintenance man picked up the washer and noticed my pump was defective and it was not sealed, he quickly called and checked if they had the pump in stock at their parts storage, and they had one, he left and was back in five minutes, then he changed the part immediately. Angel ( New crew) he did excellent job on our appartment maintenance work. He came fast and finished his work fast. We are satisfied with service we got.
Charlie from Rivendell maintenance group is very quick in supporting and is always on top of the fixes. Very satisfied with the services.
Charlie from Maintenance and the supers are really quick to respond, I submitted a request for Electric and within the hour they were here. Great group of maintenance guys here!
