I had a washer problem, unfortunately it took four calls, but the last gentleman who came to look at my washer did something the others didn’t he actually did his job and inspected the washer machine, I had a huge leak, the maintenance man picked up the washer and noticed my pump was defective and it was not sealed, he quickly called and checked if they had the pump in stock at their parts storage, and they had one, he left and was back in five minutes, then he changed the part immediately.
