I purchased my wife's engagement ring and our wedding bands here and you could not ask for a better locally owned business who provides exceptional service and great prices. Brandon and the rest of the staff are top notch and helped a completely clueless buyer through what seemed like a daunting task of buying an engagement ring, but they made it simple and designed a beautiful ring my wife loved.
Has always been professional, fair, and personal. Listen first - then adapt to your needs. My family has done business with this company for over 15 years. I now live in North Carolina and travel back to Lexington and Rivard to do all of my jewelry/watch needs. The employees are very knowledgable and go out of their way to exceed expectations. I often refer them to my friends/clients here as I stand by their work.
