RecommendedIt has been a pleasure living here and being so close to work. It is walking distance from beautiful parks and scenery. The location is very close to public transportation. It was very refreshing and walking distance from lots of places. Management are very accommodating!

Griffis refused to help during the pandemic, consistently stating for tenants to "review your lease obligations" in monthly passive aggressive emails. They also recommended we use credit cards and tap into our retirement funds to pay rent. The CEO of Griffis Residential, David Birnbaum recently bought an $8.5 million mansion and brags about his Henri Matiss painting collection, most of those being sold for millions each. RecommendedCertain things just work!!!! The size of the living room (BIG) which makes everything feel spacious and relaxed. Thoughtful placement of the washer/dryer, washing clothes is effortless. The shimmering view of the river and setting sun from the tiny balcony. RecommendedI have lived at Griffis on Parmer Ln for several years now. The staff has always been courteous and quick to meet my needs. Last night my A/C went out in the middle of summer and Mike came out at 11 pm to check it out and set me up with a portable A/C for the night, today Nick came out earlier than expected and fixed everything. Everyone I have dealt with in this complex has always been amazing, understand and engaging Thank you Taryn and Mike for having a wonderful staff, extra Kudos to Nick!

It's always fun we you have to sue your landlord. Have been a resident here for well over 3 years and have witnessed the property change over to a new company. Have been the MOST patient resident here, ignoring little things left and right based on the fact that company is new, still trying to get their wings. But today was the last straw. They began issuing and mandating a third party shipping service to handle the distribution of our packages that nobody requested. My sister got both of her cars stolen along with other residents and this place has taken no measures to make residents feel safe.
