Karmen is the best landlord you can ask for. If I had an issue with an appliance she would immediately fix or replace it. When I mentioned not having a place to store my bike she had a storage enclosure made with lock and key for me to use. Beautiful and well run apartments at Riva Courtyard. I only moved due to work reasons.
My girlfriend and I lived in Riva Courtyard for about 2 years, and it was a wonderful experience. Karmen and the maintenance team were always prompt and took excellent care of us. Karmen is incredibly thoughtful and is easily the best landlord I’ve had. I’m so grateful for our time here, and I’d highly recommend this apartment complex. Thank you, Riva Courtyard !!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience with this property, and a huge part of that was thanks to Karmen. She is a wonderful property manager—professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. The apartments are top scale, with modern finishes like granite countertops and in-unit washer and dryer, which made everyday living so convenient. The location is also very walkable, which was a big plus. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better manager. Highly recommend!
A really nice complex right next to the golf course, which has an excellent walking path. Karmen was far and away the easiest property manager I have ever worked with. Very responsive, genial, and fair.
Riva Courtyard apartments was a fantastic place to live! Karmen was always very attentive when I had questions or needed help and she was easy to work with. The complex and apartments are in great condition and the rent was very affordable. I had to break my lease early as I purchased a home and the terms were very fair. I’d highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to live!
