⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience with this property, and a huge part of that was thanks to Karmen. She is a wonderful property manager—professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. The apartments are top scale, with modern finishes like granite countertops and in-unit washer and dryer, which made everyday living so convenient. The location is also very walkable, which was a big plus. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better manager. Highly recommend!
A really nice complex right next to the golf course, which has an excellent walking path. Karmen was far and away the easiest property manager I have ever worked with. Very responsive, genial, and fair.
Riva Courtyard apartments was a fantastic place to live! Karmen was always very attentive when I had questions or needed help and she was easy to work with. The complex and apartments are in great condition and the rent was very affordable. I had to break my lease early as I purchased a home and the terms were very fair. I’d highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to live!
