Having rented for the better part of a decade between Texas and Oregon, I can confidently say that Riva is the best apartment complex I have had rented. I have lived here for 7 years and the only reason I'm moving is because we got a house. This is the best rental property with by far the best property management I've ever experienced. Karmen is the most incredible landlady, and makes you feel so welcome! Very reasonable price point, great appliances, speedy assistance when needed. I'm very sad to say goodbye, and thank you so, so much for everything you've done for us. We appreciate you ❤️
Love this space! The management is very easy to communicate with and very understanding of renters! Karmen, the landlord, keeps the space clean and safe, she's been a joy to work with. It's very affordable for the size, the dead end street it's located on also keeps the space safe, and there's a golf course close by with a hiking trail. Definitely recommend if you are looking for an affordable, comfortable living space close to Gresham!
