Riva Courtyard apartments was a fantastic place to live! Karmen was always very attentive when I had questions or needed help and she was easy to work with. The complex and apartments are in great condition and the rent was very affordable. I had to break my lease early as I purchased a home and the terms were very fair. I’d highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to live!
Having rented for the better part of a decade between Texas and Oregon, I can confidently say that Riva is the best apartment complex I have had rented. Before, during, and after my four years of tenancy, I was treated with nothing but sincere professionalism, expedient communication, and care. I have lived here for 7 years and the only reason I'm moving is because we got a house. This is the best rental property with by far the best property management I've ever experienced. Karmen is the most incredible landlady, and makes you feel so welcome! Very reasonable price point, great appliances, speedy assistance when needed. I'm very sad to say goodbye, and thank you so, so much for everything you've done for us. We appreciate you ❤️
