I loved living at Riva Courtyard so much! Lived here for two years and enjoyed every second. The community is quiet and the apartment itself is great. Karmen is truly amazing and is very responsive to anything you need. She stays on top of keeping things great for the community! 10/10 recommend living here!
I had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The staff was always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed maintenance. The property was well maintained, and I always felt safe and comfortable living there. Overall, it was a great place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment community.
Karmen is the best landlord you can ask for. If I had an issue with an appliance she would immediately fix or replace it. When I mentioned not having a place to store my bike she had a storage enclosure made with lock and key for me to use. Beautiful and well run apartments at Riva Courtyard. I only moved due to work reasons.
My girlfriend and I lived in Riva Courtyard for about 2 years, and it was a wonderful experience. Karmen and the maintenance team were always prompt and took excellent care of us. Karmen is incredibly thoughtful and is easily the best landlord I’ve had. I’m so grateful for our time here, and I’d highly recommend this apartment complex. Thank you, Riva Courtyard !!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience with this property, and a huge part of that was thanks to Karmen. She is a wonderful property manager—professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. The apartments are top scale, with modern finishes like granite countertops and in-unit washer and dryer, which made everyday living so convenient. The location is also very walkable, which was a big plus. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better manager. Highly recommend!
