Manager is unprofessional and under trained. Fraudulently charging for dust in vacuum
Overcrowded if you are just looking for a place to relax. Poorly managed by Brian who can barely understand a word you are saying
Mold and Mildew infested
Everything felt surprisingly easy from the start, honestly no unnecessary hassle at all.
Communication made a big difference during my stay. Replies came quickly, answers were clear, and I never felt stuck waiting around.
