I have very thin hair and have lost a lot of hair over the years. I felt very self-conscious about my lack of hair. I finally decided to look at possibly wearing a wig. Both Leigh and Chris spent time with me to find the best wigs that fit me. They listened to me, gave great suggestions. They made me feel good about myself. I bought 2 wigs. FULL LINE of make up 1000s of wigs. Costumes, gifts, jewelry and hair pieces. And the bling! LOL I loved it. Leigh, Linda and Jackie are the best too! I have hair loss and they spent over 2 hours with me...Thank you so much. I love this place!

You need to update your time of operation. It’s wednesday, it says you close at 6. I drove for over an hour, arrived at your business at 5pm. And you are closed! I was excited to be visiting your store to purchase a wig for my hair loss. I’m beyond upset.

Love love love this place. It's a small store but the stock in wigs is high-quality and they also have a great selection of mid grade and costume wigs. It was also the only store in Orlando I could look at Ben Nye makeup in. Definitely a great place to shop for costumes and anything related to theater. Excellent customer service to

I get all my Ben Nye Products from this place. But then my mom got Cancer and Leigh (the owner) stayed late one day to help her. MY mom is dong great and looking great thanks to Leigh. Exclusive Ben Nye Dealer too! Thank you Leigh

I went to Ritzy Rags today with my husband just to look around. I was impressed with the welcoming smiles of the owner Leigh and co-worker Page. They were very pleasant and friendly. I end up buying a beautiful wig and jewelry set. He also gave me lots of extras. I am confident to recommend this place.
