Recently went for a gel mani and pedicure. I called prior to and asked if there was an apt available- I arrived at 3:30 and the shop closed at 5, but was evident they wanted to rush me out. My pedicure was horrible- I did not receive a leg massage- my gel mani smudged because I wasn’t keeping my hands under the UV the full time and when confronting the owner I was told the person doing my pedicure takes a long time and they did not want me sitting in the chair for a while. The owner, Tiffany, is not only extremely knowledgeable about her products and services, she doesn't push you in to get services you don't want or need at the time you are there. in many salons I've been to, if I just go to get a pedicure, they say "you want manicure, too?" If I wanted a manicure, I would've made an appointment for a manicure. Tiffany doesn't do that. In fact, in my experience, she goes above and beyond in the service that I am there to get. I went first time yesterday for a fill and a pedicure. I was lucky enough to get Kimberlee to do my services. The place was clean, the workers pleasant, the service exceeded my expectations. My nails look fantastic and I had my eyebrows and lip waxed also. Such wonderful care and a very satisfied customer. I already made my return appointment.
My friend booked an appointment there to get her nails done and by misunderstanding she booked one for me too but I had to cancel it. And then when she get there they just refused to do her nails although she had an appointment!! Completely unprofessional!!! I would NEVER go again ! And they call it a "spa"???? Seriously ??? Come on guuuyyys!!! ( not even 1 star!!!! I just wanted to write my review)
