Cuticle cut- appears paper flip flops were used. nail tech smoking in salon had two spots and only one person there.

I called late Thurs evening (about 550pm to 6pm) & they were able 2 get me in, in less than 15 min. My nail technition was fabulous...I had a full set of acrylics put on with Gel "Mood Changing" polish & absolutely LOVE my nails!! He was very gentle on my nails & took his time to ensure a great job! He even worked slightly after closing time to make sure I received this amazing set! V.I.P nails- I came in Saturday for a shellac manicure. Overall, it was the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I was rushed through the whole process and I did not receive the services I have normally received in the past. Now 3 days later, the corners of my nails are beginning to chip!! I also asked for a silver glitter added to the ends of each nail. I was told " No, this color is good"!!!

When arrived was told to come back in an hour, returned still had to wait 30 minutes. I received shellac and after four days it's peeling off and bubbly. Overall worst manicure ever!
