Beautiful, historic building. Great beach views, and you will be hard-pressed to find easier beach/boardwalk access from any other room at a resort. You got the Trop right nextdoor, and Caesars Palace + the pier a five minute walk upbeach.

You are better off renting than buying. Even if you don’t have a mortgage you will be hard pressed to break even renting it out. The place is basically a money pit that never bounced back after the 2008 recession. When you take into account the high property tax, the high association fees, and low rental amounts you are better off buying in a different shore town where lower taxes, lower annual fees, and higher rental income makes up for the higher buy in amount.
