Brought a cashmere shirt and silk shirt here for cleaning. Both items had small stains on them. When I went to pick them up, the stains were gone but you could see some extreme discoloration in the places where they lifted the stain. Plus the discoloration spots were MUCH larger than the original size of the stains. When I complained, they offered to try to “reclean” it and see if that helped…. It didn’t. They refunded me the dry cleaning charges, but the garments are no longer wearable.
