My favorite satin jumpsuit was ruined at an (awesome) wedding. Drinks getting dropped everywhere. Stains all over. But Ritz cleaners dry cleaned it (twice) and it is as good as new (total of 26$). On top of it, they were super nice and professional. Highly recommend.
Experience was better last year, the last few times I've tried to use Ritz I've come at 5-7pm since I work during other hours. Often the store will be closed by then, so fair warning if you need dry cleaning done quickly, bring things often or call ahead if lucky
Attention: Do NOT use Ritz Cleaners. Anyone in need of any kind of laundering, dry cleaning etc would be wise to NOT come to Ritz Cleaners and Marcelo. A most unprofessional business. Marcelo is unfriendly, acting as though his customers are a burden or nuisance. He has great difficulties keeping a schedule or having whatever it is completed and ready by the day it is supposed to be. Even something as simple as just pressing or shrinking a single t shirt.
