I had a very unpleasant experience at the Ritz earlier this month. I have emailed but no one has responded which is not up to par with your "credo and corporate philosophy of un-wavering commitment to service." I had a gift card to the hotel. It said on the back in fine print that after a certain amount of days i lose $150 of the gift card and that there will be a cash value left of $350.
