Janet was absolutely wonderful and made the whole experience as painless and comfortable as a wax could possibly be. My skin feels so smooth! Her customer service was fantastic and her conversation was light and engaging and kept my mind off the wax pulls. I can't say enough good things about Janet or Ritual Skin & Wax, and will definitely be back for all my waxing and skincare needs! 😁

Could not recommend more! Janet is the absolute sweetest and really makes you feel comfortable. I have a lot of anxiety thinking about getting “hurt”, but she made me feel super comfortable. It did not hurt very much based off of her great technique and care. It felt as if I got a small slap that lasted a millisecond, sometimes I didn’t feel a thing. Her office is very clean and relaxing. Definitely recommend! You’re gonna have to take my word for it that the results look and feel great lol.
