JJ is the BEST hairstylist i have ever gone to, every single time its EXACTLY what i want. I usually get curtain bangs and layers, and she gets it every time. She is really the best. Shes great to talk to, has a super fun personality, and it always feels like a best friend or sister is cutting my hair. My hair always looks great afterward and i get ENDLESS compliments on the cut. Thank u jj :)

Terrible service, person that answers the phone is very rude. Never going back there again the last time I was there she messed up my hair and then she had to fix it. I was there for too many hours. Good luck for anybody that goes there and gets ripped off

Amber gave me the best haircut experience I've ever had! I went in for a huge chop, she helped me understand what I wanted and delivered exactly what I wanted. She listened attentively, met my vision and exceeded my expectations. I felt very comfortable at Ritual. The price was very reasonable as well! I have never left a salon genuinely happy with what I got before walking out of this place! I am completely satisfied with my hair and my amazing experience with Amber at Ritual and I will be going back!

Just moved here from LA last year and hadn't been to a salon since the Before Times. Had no referral to any specific stylist, so when booking, was assigned to Felicia based only on availability on New Year's Eve. Lucky me: Felicia was terrific! Really listened to what I had to say about my gray, wavy hair and gave me a great trim. Detail conscious. Also enjoyed the deep conditioning treatment. I will definitely go back, and next time I will ask for her!
