annual physical...spent over 2 hours with dr. dixon...very detailed and caring. Sometimes a bit difficult to get an appointment, but that's the post covid world. Dr. Dixon is very thorough and listens to concerns.
Dr. Dixon is the best primary care physician I have had. She pays attention to detail, spends as much time as necessary to make sure all your concerns are addressed, and I never feel rushed during my appointment.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Dixon for 14 years. Her continuing quality of care is such a joy. All appointments have been on time, the office environment is wonderful, Dr. Dixon's generosity of time and attention to detail - all have helped me to maintain excellent health over the years. I would recommend her to anyone.
Good appointment. She spent as much time with me as I needed and answered every question I had, plus ones I didn't know I had. Very attentive, honest and caring. Would highly recommend!
Dr Dixon has been the very best primary care Dr. I’ve ever had. I could not be happier with her professionalism, intelligence and sincere interest in my wellbeing. I absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking a lifelong care provider.
Dr. Nixon would not return calls, nor send lab orders and referrals on time causing delays in treatment. She now is charging $1400 a year to be seen. I can see her true values now.
They never answer the phone. Takes forever for them to call you back (if they ever do). Twice this month they have ignored urgent messages I left (one was a medication refill request, another was a request for results). They never called back, and there have been times in the past where they have completely ignored messages. Wait time is a minimum of one hour past appointment time (sometimes 2 hours). Says she's in Wednesdays all day but office always closed by noon. Infuriating and unacceptable
Took my wife there (Dr. is a fellow alumus). Waited 1.5 hours. After the third/last trip two weeks ago the referrals still have not been sent to the other physicians. We make trips to the office to deal with the incredibly rude and nasty clerk. We visit her office to deal with the incredibly incompetent clerk to get refills. I received my doctoral training from Hopkins as well--nobody but nobody ever told anybody to treat their clients/patients like dirt. Now we go to the big non profit.
They never answer the phone or return your calls. Impossible to make an appointment.
