Not a long wait. Went over everything and made sure I understood.
Great service
She was not interested in what I had to say. She recorded the conversation. She appeared more interested in her own voice. She said she did not want to 'touch' my papers. She appeared to only be reading what she saw on the OSU chart. I tried to explain that I lived in the Indjan Lake area, and had weekly blood tests done at Mary Rutan Hospital, and I questioned why she was looking at old OSU blood tests from 2025, when I had the latest tests from March 24, 2026. She was rude and condescending. I would not recommend her.
Dr. Madan was extremely pleasant and great bed side manners. She explained and talk with me about everything. I highly recommend her!
