Dr. Ritu Shrotriya is great! She is empathetic, makes careful medical recommendations, and follow up the progress of each member of our family. We all love her.
All the clinic staff are warm and welcoming. Dr. Shrotriya has a great 'bedside manner"; she always makes me feel respected and listened to. She is well prepared for my visits, answers my questions simply and directly and makes sure I understand her recommendations. She also is an active participant in my care plans with other doctors within and without the Medstar system.
Dr. Shrotriya is helping me to manage my diabetes, which I deeply appreciate. She has been my doctor for less than a year, and she clearly is looking for ways to improve my quality of life.
