I shopped all over Little Rock for a used car and it was a nightmare. No one listened to my budget or what I was looking for. Then I went to Ritter’s and had the best experience. they were real humans who listened and were very honest. I got a very cute and reliable jeep. I will go back to them and always recommend them to friends!!
Take this as you will, I purchased a vehicle here 3 months ago. The lot told me it was a great car and in good condition. Immediately took it to Midas after purchasing (maybe I’m at fault for not driving the car there before the sale) but the engine belts was severely damaged, it had not had an alignment in a very long time causing damage to my tire area, the wrong battery was in the car, and the wrong oil was in the car!
