The employees here are so wonderful! Friendly and helpful, as an embroiderer starting my first needlepoint project I'm so glad to have a shop like this locally with such helpful staff members!
Stopped into today as a newbie for the first time purchasing thread and accessories. I am so sorry, I forget the name of the employee who helped me, her name began with an A, Alyssa? Abby? She was so kind, patient and helpful getting me prepared for my first project. Thoughtfully helping me choose colors and various things I needed. The shop is beautiful and I couldn't believe how large it was! There is absolutely something for everyone.
Nice welcoming shop with a great array of products. I’ve shopped online w them before but this was my first time stopping in and I was happy to see a wide array of threads, canvases, charts, etc to choose from. Lots of supplies available if you’re into needlepoint, cross stitch, or embroidery. They’ve got an elevator and a restroom for customers.
Rittenhouse is so helpful! I accidentally messed up an online order and the person who helped me was extremely patient and kind. I have ordered from them over the past couple years and have never had a problem with my order accuracy or turnaround time. I will continue to shop with them.
