Amazing selection and staff were very friendly and even checked on me a few times when I was lost in exploring their thread selection highly recommend if you're ever in the area!
A little tricky to find (thankful for the sign on the sidewalk!) but definitely a hidden gem for anyone interested in thread crafts. There is an extensive variety of products available, and the gentlemen who helped me was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely will return!
Updating my review from 3 years ago and I need more than 5 stars. I first went to Rittenhouse when the previous owners had it. It was a great experience. Today I went back to have something corrected. What a pleasurable experience. Troy made an appointment to meet with me and brought Liz (one of his top painters) The consultation was beyond professional and we found a solution.
