I lived in a studio at the Townhouse for a year and left with regret. My experience was extremely satisfying. Michael and his staff were always attentive and responsive. I can only recommend this residence, thank you to the whole team!
I feel very fortunate to live at Delancey Place .. very happy. Wonderful management team; all are friendly and professional. Moved in last September. Great flat. Recently refurbished with all high end amenities. Beautiful wooden floors, gas fireplace, granite countertops and Carrera floors in the bathrooms. Beautiful cityscape views. This pre-WW 1 building is a marvel. The interior hallways were just painted, and new carpeting is being laid this week.
